PGRs
Denman has straw strength similar to Viscount when treated with PGR.
The addition of Modus to the PGR programme will increase root structure and further aid plant shortening.
Modus may also be needed during tillering in low plant populations to help root stimulation and promote tiller numbers.
As a guide, apply chlormequat 1.25 lt/ha + Modus 0.1 lt/ha at GS30 and GS32.
A follow-up PGR should be considered at GS34-37 for very lush and/or high yielding crops.
